The technology is based on complex non-toxic enzyme formula which alters the Properties of earth materials, especially soil hardening, stabilization and moisture sealing.
The enzyme is non-toxic and non combustible. The enzyme will not harm humans, animals, fish or vegetation under normal use and is totally biodegradable.
The enzyme is used with most of existing on-site soil that requires stabilization.
The technology greatly reduces the time normally required for construction of conventional technologies, and at a fraction of the cost.

In Housing
The EcoMax building System based on enzyme block is used in the construction of houses and saves costs and time.
EcoMax Blocks are produced on-site where the structure is going to be built therefore there is no need to transport bricks to site.
EcoMax Blocks are made from the local soil, so only enzyme needs to be transported.
EcoMax Blocks are interlocking, thereby saving time and money in laying them.
EcoMax does not need mortar between every course or as much plaster, this creates even a greater saving over conventional brick and mortar.
The thermal efficiency of EcoMax blocks proved reducing the blistering outside temperatures from 35°C to a mild 20°C inside the structure without any air-conditioning. The “High Thermal Capacity” of the EcoMax Blocks, absorbs the high outside temperature, leaving the inside of the structure cool and comfortable without the need
for air-conditioning.
